VF, a.s. is a CEZ, a.s. qualified supplier
01/13/2012In 2011, a joint audit, conducted by I&C Energo and CEZ, was performed. The application of customers' requirements and requirements of the Decree of the State Regulatory Authority SUJB No. 132/2008 Coll. was verified on the representative sample of safety related contracts.
Based on the results of this audit, qualification for design, supply, installation, testing and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems was extended to VF, a.s., including services in the field of radiation protection for CEZ, a.s. The qualification is valid until March 28, 2014.
This decision was announced to VF, a.s. by the official letter from Mr. Petr Zlámal, Director of Supply Management System, Production Division of CEZ, a.s.
The decree of the SUJB No. 132/2008 Coll. on Quality Assurance System in carrying out activities connected with utilization of nuclear energy and radiation protection and on Quality assurance of selected equipment in regard their assignment to classes of nuclear safety governs the following:
a) the requirements for the quality assurance system in performing or ensuring activities related to utilisation of nuclear energy or radiation activities,
b) the requirements for the content of the quality assurance program,
c) the criteria for ranking and distribution of selected equipment into the safety classes,
d) basic requirements for the quality assurance of selected equipment with regard to their ranking into safety classes, and
e) the extent and the method of performing the list of selected equipment.
