During the first stage of implementation the radiation monitoring system was supplied for Spent Fuel Storage Facility. This system included the new MDN-01 neutron monitors developed at VF company.

During the second stage an MAVP monitor was supplied for the special unit used for drying the CASTOR containers supplied by the German company GNS. The MAVP monitor, developed at VF, measures the concentration of aerosols and noble gases in the air drawn off from the CASTOR containers.

In the final, third stage, of this project, the servers, from central radiation monitoring system (RMS) control room, were moved to a newly established RMS server room. Connection of the original radiation monitoring system supplied to Temelín NPP by Sorrento Electronics (USA) to the newly installed Radiation Monitoring Information System was an important part of this project. This Radiation Monitoring Information System, developed by VF company, is now installed at all nuclear power plants in former Czechoslovakia (Jaslovske Bohunice, Dukovany, Mochovce and Temelin).
