Supply of equipment for research institute laboratory including Cs-137 sources
In February 2007 VF won the tender organized by Polish Institute of Nuclear Physics PAN in Kraków for the supply of an irradiator and Cs-137 sources for calibration of ionizing radiation measuring devices. The project was co-financed from European funds for regional development.

VF provided manufacturing, delivery and installation of the IG-13 irradiator for calibration of ionizing radiation measuring devices. The scope of the supply included also three sealed radiation sources Cs-137 loaded into the irradiator’s intrernal shielded container. The irradiator enables exposure of the instruments within wide range of dose rate (from 1 µGy/h to 1 Gy/h).
